Jason's 8 CORE Training Categories:

  1. Rotation
  2. Anti-rotation
  3. Flexion
  4. Anti-Flexion
  5. Lateral Flexion
  6. Lateral Anti-Flexion
  7. Extension
  8. Anti-Extension

Incorporating a variety of these exercises will help you become stronger in a variety of situations.
